My stay included a very clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast offered amazing varieties with endless options. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, I noticed.
I noticed one day the pool area was quite crowded, so it wasn't as relaxing as I had hoped.

the hotel location was acceptable and the beachclub access provided beds for free.
the front of house staff seemed fine, but restaurant staff were actually rude. someone overfilled a teapot with boiling water, it spilled onto my leg. also, the buffet food wasn't great, chefs failed at fried eggs, they could not cook them without breaking the yolk. simple food done badly is a shame.

The hotel location is fantastic, close to many attractions. i found the breakfast to have great variety and quality. The service was very quick. the team are helpful, and the overall stay was quite comfortable. the room size suited my needs very well, too.
the music was quite loud for the first two nights. it was difficult to sleep because of it.
